First of all I am very new to this, I have seen and heard about the 30-30-30 but I can not seem to find any thing about it. I have been looking on Youtube for this but can't find anything please help.
And also with the 30-30-30 method you actually reverse your resting and printing temps...the 2 turn method, resting temp lower than printing temp. With the 30-30-30 method your resting temp is actually higher than the printing temp
